Vienna: Kunsthistorisches Museum | CarolynNichols.com
I arrived in Vienna early Sunday morning from Villach. The prepare journey took about 4 and a half hours, however I did not have to alter trains. The situation was nice…there aren’t many dangerous locations in Austria.
My lodge was lower than 10 minutes from the prepare station, and it was flat so I walked, baggage and all, to the lodge, checked in and after a fast lunch, I walked out to the Museum. The stroll was 35-40 minutes and I handed many stunning buildings. I walked alongside the road of embassies and, noticed the Turkish, Brazilian and Argentinian embassies and some others whose flag I didn’t acknowledge.
The Kunsthistorisches Museum is an artwork museum in Vienna, typically known as the Museum of Superb Arts. It has a big Greco/Roman wing and lots of work, together with the “tower of Babel”, and lots of work of royalty, similar to Infanta Margarita Teresa (later Empress, though she died younger), many spiritual work. , and photos. The setting is absolutely spectacular. The rooms have massive and excessive ceilings and the ceilings are painted to mirror the contents of the rooms. Along with the artwork, there’s a restaurant on the highest ground and a big present store.
After strolling and strolling and sightseeing, I went again to my lodge. I’ll write about at this time’s go to tomorrow from the airport or aircraft.
