Alcaraz returns to rivalry on the ATP Finals

TURIN, Italy – Carlos Alcaraz had his shot clicked and helped him overcome bodily issues to win 6-3, 7-6 (8) over Andrey Rublev within the ATP finals on Wednesday.

The win put Alcaraz again in rivalry to advance to the semifinals of the year-end top-eight event, after being overwhelmed by Casper Ruud in straight units in his first match.
